Construction Safety Oversight

About this Project

 As part of a long-term construction process, a large mining company brought our team on to provide safety oversight for all the contractors working on the project.

Daily processes included providing safety oversight during working hours, auditing contractor compliance, communicating safety procedures and policies, providing general compliance training, and conducting equipment inspections. Although our safety professionals were initially brought on to work for the contractors, eventually we were working at every level, including for the owner.
