TriMedia was featured in Crain’s Detroit Business recently, highlighting a monumental 30th year in business, as well as recent milestones and notable projects.

This includes utilizing our expertise to develop and improve key infrastructure and an economic gateway of our region. As part of the USACE’s decommissioning of the Sabin and Davis Locks in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, we’ve worked diligently as the Hazardous Toxic Radioactive Waste expert to identify, plan, and assist with the careful removal of material from the original locks deemed hazardous to the environment and human health that were used in the Soo Locks construction in the 1910s.

Additionally, our status as a Native American owned small business has also allowed us to pursue and secure designations of a National Minority Supplier Development Council Minority Business Enterprise, a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program participant, and a Michigan Department of Transportation certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

With this year marking the 30th anniversary of TriMedia, these milestones reflect the intentional growth, excellent service, and dedicated talent provided over 30 years in business. We are proud to be recognized for these milestones as the Upper Peninsula continues to gain attention for the great business and growth occurring in our region.
